Refund Policy

At Magic Candle, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Physical Books – Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for physical books only in the following cases:
a) Damaged or Defective Books
If you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage/defect.
- Once approved, you can either receive a replacement or a full refund, as per your choice.
b) Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong book, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a free return and send you the correct item or issue a refund.
c) Return Conditions
- Book must be unused and in original packaging.
- You must return the book within 10 days after receiving approval.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
All sales of digital/downloadable products are final.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for:
- eBooks
- PDFs
- Downloadable guides or files
Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded.
3. Order Cancellations
- Physical books: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
- Digital books: Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link is issued.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and received (for physical books), we will initiate the refund:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
