Refund Policy

At Magic Candle, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Physical Books – Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for physical books only in the following cases:

If you receive a book that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the damage/defect.
Once approved, you can either receive a replacement or a full refund, as per your choice.

If you receive the wrong book, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a free return and send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Book must be unused and in original packaging.
You must return the book within 10 days after receiving approval.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

All sales of digital/downloadable products are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for:

Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded.

Physical books: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
Digital books: Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link is issued.

Once your return is approved and received (for physical books), we will initiate the refund:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
